We use a wide range of cupboard store ingredients to manufacture products for our contract manufacturing clients. We also have strict allergen control procedures in addition to special dietary requirement manufacturing capabilities that are important to highlight.

It is also important to highlight that all our allergen control and dietary claims are fully audited by BRCGS as part of its accreditation process. Finedale Foods has a BRCGS AA rating, the highest possible BRCGS food safety rating, to give your business and your customers confidence in the claims that we make, including the information on this page.

Allergen Control

Our facility is meticulously managed to be nut-free, sesame-free, and celery-free. We also produce gluten-free products in dedicated areas to prevent cross-contamination, providing safe and reliable options for those with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease. This means we can cater to a wide range of dietary needs. It also helps with the marketing and promotion of your products as you can provide clear allergen information without caveats.

 

We have robust processes and business practices to maintain our allergen claims, including adopting a strict ingredient sourcing policy that involves working with trusted suppliers. Those suppliers are initially vetted and then regularly checked to ensure ongoing compliance with our allergen control standards and requirements.
