We have well-established sourcing and procurement processes and commercial relationships that will ensure consistent product quality and availability. Our sourcing and procure processes focus on:
Sustainability – including environmental-friendly farming practices, minimising food miles, and ensuring ingredients such as palm oil are sourced from accredited sustainable sources.
Ethical business practices – we are Sedex accredited to demonstrate our commitment to labour rights, business ethics, transparency, and health and safety.

Flexible production lines
Low-Risk & High-Risk Production
Our manufacturing facility has segregated low-risk and high-risk production areas. Our low-risk areas focus on automated processes where all products are cooked before human consumption. Our high-risk production areas focus on highly skilled hand-finishing where no further cooking takes place before human consumption. Our entire manufacturing facility has a BRCGS AA rating for food safety.

Packing
We offer various packing options including trays, retail boxes, and cartons. We can adapt a standard design to your requirements plus we have experience working with customers to develop unique packaging solutions that suit specific product, branding, and commercial requirements. We also prioritise the use of recyclable packing materials as part of our sustainability commitments.
Trusted distribution chain
Supply Chain and Logistics
Your products will be blast frozen at the end of a batch production run to lock in flavour, quality, and nutrients. They will then be stored in our on-site cold store. We can work with you to ensure production schedules meet your logistics requirements and you can also utilise our logistics expertise to optimise your processes and ensure efficiency in your distribution chain.
