Try Piloting a Helicopter under expert guidance

Our Trial Flight Lesson Gift Vouchers are an ideal present for a friend or family member - or even as a special treat for yourself. Prices range from £199 - £899 (inclusive) and include a pre-flight brief on all the controls, and a chance to experience the exhilaration of actually taking control of the helicopter whilst airborne!

If you choose a flight of 40 minutes or more, you will also get a chance to attempt the ultimate challenge of hovering! Friends and family can enjoy a close up view of you taking off and landing, and during your flight, can relax in the lounge area whilst observing all the activities of the airfield.

Once purchased, vouchers are valid for a period of six months.

We are open seven days a week, allowing the flight to be taken at a time which is convenient to you.

If, after your trial lesson, you decide that you would like to continue your flying training, your instructor will be happy to discuss this with you. Your trial lesson will count as flying time towards the issue of your pilot's licence.

Please note, overall weight limits per person apply as follows:
- R22: 16.5 stone
- R44: 21 stone
- B206 Jetranger: overall limit for combined passenger weight applies
