All our bespoke bar and package bar services include premium branded beers and spirits, plus an extensive wine selection sourced from independent merchants and suppliers, all tailored to your preferences.

If you have an important client flying in for your event and need us to source a rare vintage wine; you can trust us. Or you know your boss only drinks a certain brand of spirit; we’ll ensure it’s readily available.

Our mobile bars cater for all event sizes and formats, from large-scale product launches or company-wide parties to smaller, intimate events, across Kent, London and the South East.

And, if your event is themed, we will create a custom-designed bar, such as the 70s theme that Holiday Extras requested, a Tiki tropical paradise or a speakeasy revival.

We supply all glassware, garnishes, and can provide water and non-alcoholic options. And, our attention to detail in cleaning up is as meticulous as it is in setting up. We will dispose of all our rubbish and handle all our recycling.

FAQs

Yes, if any transactions for alcohol occur during the event, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) license is required. We can handle all of this on your behalf.

We can create a bespoke drinks package that is tailored specifically for your event and guests.

We can provide an open bar (your company pays for all drinks), token systems (guests redeem tokens for drinks), cash bars, or pre-paid packages. We accept cash and card payments.

We will advise you of the set-up time required once all the details have been confirmed. It’s important that we can gain access to the venue or site at the agreed time to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our staff work quickly and efficiently.

TBC Bar staff availability beyond scheduled times can often be arranged with additional hourly charges to maintain excellent service throughout your event.
