Whether you are planning a themed wedding or a classically beautiful day, we can ensure all your guests have welcome drinks chilled for their arrival and that they aren’t left standing waiting for another measure.

All our bespoke bar and package bar services include premium branded beers and spirits, plus an extensive wine selection sourced from independent merchants and suppliers, all tailored to your preferences and those of your special guests.

If you have a challenging in-law who only drinks a particular whiskey, just let us know. Or an Uncle and Aunt flying in from overseas who only drink French wine. We have supplied vintage wines for several weddings, but we also appreciate that not all guests will be wine connoisseurs. If we know in advance, we can work with you to ensure all your guests are accommodated.

And, let’s not forget, the bride and groom should be the most important people for the whole day, so your drinks will always be our top priority. If Whispering Angel is your favourite wine, our team will be aware and we’ll ensure it’s there ready, in between your many photo opportunities, wedding breakfast and dancing. You’ll need plenty of refreshments.

FAQs Do I need a license for wedding bar hire? Yes, if any transactions for alcohol occur during the wedding, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) license is required. We can handle all of this on your behalf. Can the bar service provide customised drinks or branded cocktails? We can create a bespoke drinks package that is tailored specifically for your wedding and guests. What payment options are available for wedding bar hire? We can provide an open bar (your company pays for all drinks), voucher systems (guests redeem vouchers for drinks), cash bars, or pre-paid packages. We accept cash and card payments. Do I need to supply power, water, or washing facilities for the bar? TBC How early do the bar staff set up? We will advise you of the set-up time required once all the details have been confirmed. It’s important that we can gain access to the venue at the agreed time to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our staff work quickly and efficiently. Can drink service times be extended? We supply all glassware, garnishes, and can provide water and non-alcoholic options. And, our attention to detail in cleaning up is as meticulous as it is in setting up. We will dispose of all our rubbish and handle all our recycling.
